icrosoft Canada did some research on to which extent digitalization has changed its customers' attention aptitude. One outcome: goldfish have a longer attention span than we do... While this ability in the year 2000 among humans was at twelve seconds, it was only eight seconds in 2013 – while goldfish came to nine. Goldfish or not, I'm much more interested in what we can accomplish in eight seconds, for example in this editorial. Depending on your reading rate, this is approximately where you should be in around eight seconds, and that's why I'm signing off.
Give me some feedback: what must I do, what must others do to make sure you will give us more than eight seconds of your kind attention?
